Most of the year orders are shipped within 1 business day. During busy periods, however, it can take up to 3 days for a shipment to leave the building.
Domestic orders over $50 after discounts are shipped for FREE.
We ship from Ohio. UPS Ground shipping is between 1 and 6 days delivery. You can check UPS delivery schedules for your location from 44128 here. Priority Mail is not guaranteed but should take 1 - 3 business days. Parcel Post is estimated at 5 - 14 days but can take up to 21 days.
We currently only ship within the USA.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS.
Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only, a Gift Certificate will be issued.
